HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ORDERS TO BE SHIPPED?
While we try to send out most orders within 2 days that they are placed, some orders may take longer if the item needs to be made. Orders shipped outside the U.K. can vary in their delivery times, so I can't guarantee about shipment times once orders have left the U.K.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE?
I ship all items with Royal Mail 'first class signed-for'. Royal mail aims to deliver these within 2 days.I ship all international orders with Royal Mail 'air-mail international signed -for'. International orders typically take 8-14 days to arrive, but I can't guarantee international shipping times. All items are packaged in strong sturdy packaging to ensure perfect delivery.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If your order is damaged in transit, I will gladly arrange to send you a replacement where available, but I'll need the damaged item back first. Simply drop me an email using the contact page on this site.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE?
